HR Assistant / Receptionist
The HR Assistant/Reception position performs reception, office support and meeting facilitation services to the Support Center team and Ohio Operations. And administrative support assistance to the Support Center human resources staff and the Operations-based Human Resources Generalists / Recruiters.
Employee Relations and Compliance Manager
The position is responsible for the company’s handbooks, HR policies development and administers the HR Web repository. Administers unemployment compensation programs, audit and administer Progressive Discipline programs. Manages the company’s Open Door responses, Arbitration program and all elements of the company’s compliance programs.

Accounting Positions

Market Accountant
Performance analysis of multiple decentralized locations within assigned market & system-wide Month end financial statement preparation. Monthly analysis & preparation of work papers supporting select balance sheet accounts. Annual Budget preparation. Work paper preparation supporting all year end financial audit.
Accounting Assistant
This position will be primarily responsible for handling all of the day-to-day operations of the Accounting department for designated market(s).
Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist
This position will be primarily responsible for handling all of the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable department for designated market(s).
Payroll Assistant
The position audits and corrects payroll information prior to transmission, reviews completed payroll for accuracy. Works with restaurant managers investigates & resolve discrepancies. Also sets up new hires and processing employee profile changes or employee terminations.

Information Technology (IT) Positions

Network Systems Analyst
Duties include the installation, operation, update and maintenance of network and computer systems.
POS Applications Specialist
The POS Application Specialist’s duties will include POS Menu support and POS related software support.
