CREATING LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES FOR UNDERREPRESENTED Team Members

We believe the biggest impact we can have on our communities is creating leadership opportunities for underrepresented team members – that is why we created the Flynn Leadership Initiative (FLI!) to help recruit, mentor, and develop these individuals to reach their full potential.

Recruit

We intentionally recruit qualified underrepresented individuals for leadership roles

Mentor

We provide formal mentorship for our minority team members linking them with inspirational leaders who have graduated from our mentor certification program

Develop

We provide development to all our leaders to help address unconscious bias, and directly support our underrepresented leaders in reaching their career goals

Caring For Our Own When The Unexpected Happens

We created the Family Fund to collect employee contributions and award 100% of those dollars back to team members in need – even just a dollar a pay period adds up to a lot of good.
